20-head Screw Weigher

Thanks to its unique screw-driven forced-feed mechanism and anti-stick hopper design, the system enables high-speed, precise, and accurate weighing of highly viscous, non-free-flowing fresh meat cuts or processed meat products for subsequent packaging.

Box Conveyor Line

An integrated automated production line featuring automatic box feeding, precise filling, and stable conveying. First, the box-feeding mechanism automatically separates and opens stacked empty boxes. The equipment then fills the boxes during the conveying process, and finally, the filled boxes are smoothly transported to subsequent sealing, labeling, or case-packing operations.

Forced-Discharge Material Recovery System

In automated production, materials rejected by the combination scale due to non-compliant weight are automatically discharged and collected in a centralized location for subsequent reuse or safe disposal.
